Short Block Assemblies

Delkron offers a short block assemblie featuring our Fatso case with crank assembly installed. Currently available with 4.250 stroke which yields 95" with 3.750" bore or 100" with 3.875" bore. New for 2013 Delkron is now offering the 120" short block. This is our 120" case with a 1/4" cam chest offset to accomodate our 4.250" bore. Even with a 4.250" bore this engine has plenty of gasket sealing area to ensure a leak free engine. The short block comes with a balanced and trued 5 piece crank with H beam rods ready for our Wiseco 10.5:1 compression forged pistons. This short block uses the Delkron stud pattern so you must use the Delkron 120" cylinders & heads.

Technical Specs
QS-9000 Certified A356-T6 castings with standard American fasteners, 4140 steel insert on pinion and Timken sides, machined to exact tolerances. Flywheels assembled, balanced and installed in case. Pinion race installed and line lapped to standard size. Main bearings and cam bearing installed. Cylinder studs and Chrome Timing Plug included. Main seal and spacer installed. Available in Natural or Black Finish.

Note:"Fatso" Flywheel assembly balanced to or our Wiseco Pistons or Screamin Eagle 3.875” Pistons. If using stock twin cam heads, the push rod holes need to be relocated. We provide this service for our customers for an additional fee .
