Crankcases for Harley-Davidson® Motorcycles with Evolution® Engines (1992 – 1999)

These Harley-Davidson® Evolution® Big Twin motor crankcase castings are produced in the permanent mold process using A356-T6 aircraft aluminum alloy. They are CNC machined to precise tolerances.

Technical Specs
All crankcases are now in our upgraded version and come with bearings, races, and studs installed. Cases are line lapped to standard size. All crankcases come with a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin. Non-upgraded cases are available by special order only.

D1042 Case Standard Bore
Comes with bearings, races, and studs installed. Requires 1992 to present oil pump. Breathes through heads or crankcase. Fitted for front mount oil filter. Relieved for late model mid shift.

D1046 Case Big Bore
Same as D1042, except for a big bore 3.625" spigot.

D1050 Case Big Bore
Same as D1046, except for a big bore 3.8125" spigot.

NOTE
Cases shown with optional "extreme high performance" cylinder studs (must be purchased separately). All cases are assembled with standard high performance studs.
