Kit includes Delkron’s Hi-Flow assembled cylinder heads that are made from 20% stronger permanent mold castings and CNC machined for highest possible quality. They have nitrided stainless 2.02" intake valves and 1.610" exhaust valves with increased port diameters for improved flow. Upgraded springs and collars will accommodate up to .640" total lift making these heads a dream come true. Cylinders feature centrifugally spun cast iron liners integrally cast to aluminum to provide excellent thermal conductivity. Also includes Ross Racing Piston Kit and Cometic MLS Gasket Kit.

Technical Specs
Bore sizes from 3.875" to 4.125". Compression ratio of 10.5:1 on either kit. Accepts stock rocker arms. However, for better rocker arm alignment on the valves when using high lift cams, choose Delkron's Billet Rocker Arm Supports sold separately (see Related Delkron Products below). Available in natural or black finish.

NOTE* Our 103” kit is intended for use on late model 96” Harley Davidson engines with 4.375 stroke,but for 2008 and later Touring Models use part number with -8 suffix.

*NOTE* When using any of our DELKRON cylinder heads on 2006 and later models you must use the 2005 and earlier intake flanges (distinguished as front and rear). The later universal flanges will not allow the intake manifold to seat properly, possibly creating an intake leak.
