Transmission Cases for FXR (1990 – 1994)

These FXR-style replacement transmission cases for 1990–1994 models are permanent mold cast from A356-T6 aluminum for strength and durability. CNC machine finishing provides close tolerance accuracy for an exact fit every time. All OEM FXR transmission components (1990–1994) are compatible with this case.

Technical Specs
D4020 Case
This is the ideal replacement case for a blown or damaged stock case. This case can be used as a structural upgrade or in most custom applications.

D4024 Case w/Electronic Speedo Provision
Same as D4020 except this case has the opening to install your electronic speedometer pickup.

D4028 Case/Upgrade
This FXR-style case comes with the trap door which includes ball bearings, main bearings, main seal, as well as snap rings, hardware, etc. The countershaft bearing is also installed in the trap door along with the shifter bushing. Shipped ready to assemble.

D4032 Case/Upgrade w/Electronic Speedo Provision
Same as 4028 except this case has the opening to install your electronic speedometer pickup.
