Our products are manufactured in QS-9000 certified facilities and all of our castings are produced using the highest quality aircraft aluminum. Machining is done on state-of-the-art high speed CNC machines and then every part is inspected for dimensional accuracy and held to tight tolerances. Whether you need one piece or one hundred pieces, Delkron will deliver on time with limited lead time.

Warranty

Delkron will repair or replace any merchandise that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within one year (1 year) of the purchase date. An invoice must accompany the merchandise to establish proof of purchase date. We reserve the right to inspect any and all merchandise returned for misuse, abuse, modifications, or incorrect installations. Claim evaluations will be made promptly after product is returned.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. No returns will be allowed without prior authorization, and an RGA number issued. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Any product returned without authorization will be refused. All merchandise returned due to shipping error or manufacturing defect will be accepted at no charge. All returns must be packaged in the original box or a suitable equivalent to protect in transit.

Claims

The carrier has full responsibility for all merchandise once it leaves our premises. Title passes to the customer once the carrier picks it up for delivery. All damage claims must be reported to the carrier within 5 working days of the receipt of any damaged shipment. Shipments with shortages or shipping errors must be reported within 5 working days.
